Volunteer Opportunities
 Room Parent- Plans and coordinates Winter and Spring class parties. Schedules volunteers from their class to work in the class booth at the Annual Fall Festival. The room parent is also available to help their teacher with photocopies, class projects, decorating the classroom and/or hallway, etc. Has the assistance of a co-room parent.Co-Room Parent- Assists the Room Parent with the planning of the Winter and Spring class parties. Helps the room parent with duties relating to the Annual Fall Festival. The co room parent is also available to help the teacher with classroom projects.
Photocopies- Available to assist teachers and/or PTO in making copies for various needs.
- Assists in the hosting of students at special recognition events such as: Terrific Kid, Principals List, and Honor Roll. Refreshments are purchased and provided by the PTO.
Grounds Beautification- Assists in helping to maintain and improve the landscaping around our school. This is a great volunteer opportunity for those who work during the week but still wish to volunteer your time to the school.
Tutors and Mentoring- Available to work with students on a one on one basis. Individual opportunities available. Please contact us for more information.
 Teacher Birthday Appreciation- Helps in the periodic recognition of staff and teacher birthdays throughout the school year.
Skate Night- Available to help chaperon students at the monthly Skate Night outings at Skateland on Clemson Boulevard.
Fall & Spring Fundraisers- Aid the committee chair in the collection of order forms and the sorting and distribution of ordered materials.
Spring Fling- Monitor a booth at the Annual Spring Fling. This is a good opportunity for those who don't have a lot of time and can volunteer on a Friday evening for an hour or more.
 Book Fair- Monitors the students and assists them with purchases at our Fall and Spring Scholastic Book Fairs. Time Commitment is one or more hours during week long event.Field Day- Helps with concession stand responsibilities during outdoor field day. Time Commitment is one or more hours during the week long, once a year, spring-time event.
Appreciation Luncheon- Helps to prepare teacher reception area. Also may help t
 o monitor students in cafeteria while teachers enjoy child free lunch.If you are interested in any of the above opportunities, please contact us today!
